The City of Manvel invite you to join the fun on October 18, 2025 and explore the inaugural Fall Music Festival including our vibrant Beer and Wine Garden, indulge in a medley of delicious foods from numerous vendors & food trucks, and discover unique treasures from over 120 award-winning vendors and artisans in our special Manvel Fall Market. Families will delight in the expansive Kid Zone, featuring an exhilarating 24-foot rock-climbing wall, mega bouncy houses, and an adorable petting zoo complete with a fascinating reptile exhibit, all alongside a traditional pumpkin patch perfect for those cherished photo ops! Mark your calendars now, because this Manvel Mega Music event is poised to be a #1 hit on the festival charts.

FESTIVAL PARKING:

The Manvel Fall Music Festival will offer both free parking as well as V.I.P. paid parking at the festival location. Free shuttle services from New Hope Churches 288 Campus located off Croix Road will be available continuously throughout the day.

NEW HOPE CHURCH 288 CAMPUS PARKING: FREE

New Hope Church located at 3640 County Rd 58, Manvel, TX 77578 has graciously allowed festival parking in their 288 campus parking lot. To access parking, use HWY 288 to Croix Road. New Hope Parking will be identified with signage as well as traffic control. Shuttle service will be available with continuous shuttles being provided throughout the day. (Approximately every 15 minutes) Please note that Croix Parkway will be closed to through traffic on October 18, 2025 as the festival takes place.
* If you are utilizing the free parking areas provided by the Manvel Fall Music Festival, you will be parking at your own risk, the City of Manvel, the Manvel Fall Music Festival, YNFMA, New Nope Church, nor Pomona Elementary School will not be responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or vehicle contents.

FESTIVAL SHUTTLE SERVICE:

The Manvel Fall Music Festival will offer three shuttle buses to transport people from the designated parking areas to the event. Free parking will be available at the New Hope Church – 288 Campus just off Croix Road. Vendor Parking will be available in the Brazoria County Adult Probation parking lot.

Multiple Shuttles will be rotating between all parking lots dropping and picking people up throughout the day to attend and leave the festival. There will also be Two shuttle stations at the event entrance for people that are waiting for the next available shuttle back to their vehicle. There will be signage at each location. Finally there will be Festival pick-up stations at each location identified by festival signage. The VIP Parking area on location will be parking by permit only.

VIP PARKING AREA AT THE FESTIVAL: $25

VIP Parking will be on site and only available with a parking pass. A limited amount of passes will be available to the public. Parking passes will be available for

ROAD CLOSURES ON OCTOBER 25, 2025

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

ROAD CLOSURE: On October 18, 2025, Croix Parkway (AKA) County Road 84 will be closed beginning at 6:00am until 6:00pm for the Manvel Fall Music Festival at Croix Park. Exceptions to traffic allowed access will be for vehicles with vendor setup authorization. Authorized vehicles must display the festival “Unloading Pass” clearly on their windshield. From 10:30am – 6:00pm V.I.P. Parking will be available. “V.I.P. Parking Passes” must be clearly visible on the windshield. No other Vehicles will be admitted. 

ALTERNATE ROUTES:

Alternate routes have been designated alleviate traffic and help traffic flow.

ALTERNATE ROUTES INCLUDE: Highway 288 South feeder road from Pomona Parkway to County Road 58 (AKA Croix Road). Additionally Orch Park Lane from Pomona Parkway to County Road 58 (AKA Croix Road) will also be open.
